1. Logistics & Delivery Policies 🚚
a. Island Addresses: We regret that we do not support delivery to island addresses.
b. Multiple Packages: If your order includes multiple packages, we will provide separate tracking numbers for each. Packages may be shipped via different carriers and arrive at different times.
c. Package Signed but Not Received: If logistics info shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact the carrier directly and request proof of non-delivery (e.g., photo of the delivery location or signature confirmation).
d. Delivery Failure: Common causes include undeliverable addresses (missing house numbers, incomplete details) or unreachable recipients. Ensure your address includes a clear house number/apt. unit to avoid delays.
e. Reshipment for Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to delivery failure, we can resend it after confirming the package has been returned to our warehouse. Contact us to arrange this.
2. Delivery Time ⏰
a. Processing Time: Orders ship within 2 days of payment (excluding holidays/peak seasons)(working days).

3. Wrong, Missing, Damaged, or Defective Items 🛠
a. Refund & Replacement Policy: Do not open a dispute first. If a full or partial refund has been issued for wrong/missing / damaged / defective items, replacement parts will no longer be provided.
b. Immediate Check: Check goods and all parts upon delivery. Report goods situation and the lost/damaged parts numbers within 48 hours for free replacement.
Note: We only offer one free replacement of parts service. Please confirm the parts and quantities that need to be replaced/resent before making a request.
c. Minor Defects: We do not accept full refunds for minor defects, don't affect functionality, that discovered after assembly (e.g., small scratches, non-critical flaws). However, we could offer a partial refund.
d. Severe defects: such as defects in critical components, missing critical components, etc. Provided that they are not caused by human error, we can provide free replacement.
e. Sending the wrong goods,
The buyer needs to provide the following pictures so that I can verify with the warehouse and process them for you. The buyer needs to return the product in order to receive a refund.
1. Picture of the actual delivery label received by the buyer (clear and identifiable tracking number)
